Bahan Utama

Untuk bakso :

• 250 gram ikan tenggiri yang sudah dibersihkan (buang bagian yang merah/kehitaman)
• 2 butir putih telur
• 1 sendok makan garam
• 200 gram sagu

Untuk kaldu tekwan palembang

• 3 siung bawang putih, haluskan
• 250 gram udang segar, buang kulit, cincang
• 2000 cc air
• 1 sendok makan garam
• 1 sendok teh merica bubuk (bisa ditambahkan tulang dan kulit ikan)

Tekwan Palembang

Untuk pelengkap :

• 50 gram jamur kuping, rendam air panas
• 1 buah bengkuang, iris halus bentuk korek api
• 10 buah sedap malam (jika suka), keluarkan tengahnya yang putuh, ikat
• 100 gram soun, rendam air panas, tiriskan
• 2 sendok makan bawang goreng
• 1 batang daun bawang, iris halus
• sambal

Untuk sambal (haluskan, campur rata):

• 3 buah cabai rawit, rebus
• 6 buah cabai merah, rebus
• 1 sendok teh gula pasir
• ½ sendok teh garam
• 1 sendok makan cuka

Cara Membuat Tekwan Palembang

1. Pertama-tama haluskan daging ikan, campur dengan putih telur dan garam, uleni hingga licin .
2. Selanjutnya masukkan tepung sagu sedikit demi sedikit sambil diuleni hingga kalis.
3. Masukkan secubit adonan (± 1 sendok teh) ke dalam air mendidih, masak hingga terapung.
4. Buat kaldu : tumis udang cincang dan bawang putih hingga harum, tambahkan air, garam dan merica. Masukkan jamur kuping, bengkuang dan sedap malam, didihkan.
5. Hidangkan Tekwan dalam mangkuk, beri soun, taburi bawang goreng dan daun bawang, dengan sambal dalam tempat terpisah.

Hydrologic cycle is often also mentioned as the water cycle. A water circulation which includes the movement from the ocean into the atmosphere, from the atmosphere to the ground, and back to sea again with a different meaning or hydrologic cycle is a series of earth surface water migration process from one place to another to return to their places of origin.

3. Long Cycle: Sea water is evaporated, after the cloud through a process of condensation, and then carried by winds into the higher ground inland and there was snow or ice in the high mountains. Blocks of ice settles at the top of the mountain and due to gravity sliding into a lower place, melting glaciers formed and flows through rivers back into the sea.
